Nuevolution is poised
to revolutionise drug discovery and development by utilising its
proprietary Chemetics® technology to generate large numbers
of potent, structurally diverse, small molecule drug leads to virtually
any target in a matter of 3-4 months.
Nuevolution seeks to leverage
its broadly applicable Chemetics® drug discovery engine through
drug discovery partnerships with leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology
companies.
PARTNERING STRATEGY
We believe that the sheer
number of novel validated drug targets combined with the power and
broad utility of Nuevolution’s Chemetics® platform provides
an opportunity to develop far more products than any single company
can accommodate.
We are therefore interested
in establishing collaborations with other companies with access
to drug targets and who are seeking state-of-the-art drug discovery
and medicinal chemistry capabilities.
We are seeking partnerships
in three main categories:
1. Collaborations with
companies on targets of their choice, in which we offer access to
our technology, access to our libraries and access to our lead generating
capabilities with the purpose of generating drug candidates for
the partner.
2. Joint venture partnerships
in which the partner provides the biological expertise and ideally
access to a proprietary target and Nuevolution generates lead candidates
to such targets.
3. Licensing agreements
or co-development agreements on high affinity ligand pools against
targets being worked on by Nuevolution.
